This month, PROMATION USA introduces the new 2020 QUICK 9394F Model Soldering Robot via PROMATIONmarketing’s YouTube Channel.
The QUICK 9394F Soldering System features a 4-Axis Robotic Gantry and generous 300mm x 300mm Working Area. With an upgraded 180-Watt Power Supply and 180-Watt Nitrogen Ready Soldering Iron, the unit allows for deeper temperature penetration; while maintianing industry leading temperature stabilty through-out the soldering process.
Additional features include a newly redesigned solder feeding station that relocates the solder feeder to beneith the robot head. This in-turn allows the entire material spool and solder feeder to rotate with the Theta Axis reducing “pistoning” of material througt the solder wire feed tube on applications that require additional head rotation.
The signature 9036 Solder Tip Correction Device has also been included on the 2020 model. This ingenious device allows for user to take solder tip measurements through the process and offset programs on-the-fly with just a click of a button.
Rounding out the QUICK 9394F is a dual rotating brass brush cleaning station, end effector fume extraction solution, and HD Digitial Camera Kit; now available with an upgrade-able Aven Digital Microscope holster for video recording and magnified photo capture.
